So Todd remodeled his Southeast Portland home, sold it, and realized he loved building things, updating things, fixing things. His positive attitude, thoughtfulness about every job, and humor will not only help you get all those to do's you keep putting off done, but also bring a little joy in to your day.

Hourly Services or Fixed Price Projects We typically work on a hourly fee, with a minimum of 2 hours. General handyman service are $65 / hour, electrical and plumbing are $75/hour. Customers from 2021 keep hourly rate of $50/hour. Free estimates anytime - and if we show up but can't take on your project for any reason, no charge of course!

List Makers Monthly Appointments Are you a list maker? Perfect! Make your list of all the little things you need done, and have Todd show up for 4-8 hours every month. Put the first Monday, second Tuesday or third Thursday on your calendar and give him the list when he gets there. No Sweat!! PS - This is now becoming a more popular way of getting your work done because sometimes we get backed up for 1-2 weeks and can't always guarantee we can get you on the schedule same week.
